One kind of gathering which I always look forward to would be the gathering with my poly sisters...and usually we will meet up on our Da Ri Zi (quoted by Shu Hui in Hokkien of course). haha...
This is the kind of gathering which I would also genuinely have fun and lotsa laughters with the big group. In the past, there were Edna, Herlina, Kelly, Shu Hui, Yi Jia and me. Now there are Edna, Edna's Bear, Herlina, Kelly, Shu Hui, me and Eric. Then last night, Jacelyn and Thomas joined us too..feel like there are two new members to our club. haha.
Yup, there was yet another gathering last night, at Bungalow Tapas Bar and Grill at United Square, Thomson Road. It's an early celebration for Edna's Da Ri Zi...We wanted to celebrate for Yi Jia's too, but too bad that she couldn't join us. Really, I was already pondering for ages - when is she able to make it for our gathering? If we are going to celebrate hers, and she still can't make it, we are going to her client's place and celebrate there, no matter where it is!
Edna, though your Bear didn't come last night, and I missed a chance to tease you, just like last year what we did at Bali House during yours and Black Angus during mine, I won't totally forget about it. I would still seize the chance whenever there is one! Seriously speaking, all of us do not know what is going on. But you have to be there for him, and we will be there for you! Whenever you need us. To make a friendship everlasting, especially in a big group like ours, we have to share woes together as well! Not just meeting up for gatherings and make merry, especially during Da Ri Zi. I think we are still as close, if not closer, because we share our happiness and sorrows (though there seem to be more happiness..haha).
You gals are still my confidantes...and soulmates. Life's good (I really like LG's slogan) to have many soulmates, more than what others would have, because we are all united as a group. In poly days, we were sometimes separated especially during the last year when we chose two different electives. We were not together in some project groups somemore. Now, I guess meeting up almost every month seems to make us closer. What do you think?

Now, I'm really looking forward to our first overseas trip to Genting in June! We have been talking about it for ages! Luckily we have Thomas to be the 'enforcer'..heehee..
7 years' of frienship isn't some easy feat...and it's sill growing, if not, stronger..
