dislikes discovered

boring day, yet again, boring stuff...

first dislike i discovered upon working here - at interpro global, lavic & co, briley group??? watsoever - is that i dislike having lunch alone...can u imagine having to do boring work for 8 hrs and the lunch hour was the only precious hr i can enjoy, but i spent it eating lunch alone? this is a small company within a big group of companies, and there were three ladies, and each of us has to take turns to go for lunch cuz there has got to be someone in the office. and the other two Indian ladies have lunch together most of the time..well, firstly cuz they are in e same race; secondly cuz they know each other longer..SO BORING. and since i'm eating alone, the one hr would usually be cut short.

yes, suntec is a shopping mall, but i have tried shopping and it was a bored thing to do...as i walked endlessly without a purpose...u cant really seem to have things to buy/shop for/look out for everytime u shop rite? oh yar, and i dislike shopping alone..unless i really have specific things to buy...i would rather go home straight. usually.

yes, sooner or later, i would get used to having lunch alone..but if u can get used to ur dislikes, then they wont be ur dislikes rite? let's say if i dislike the smoke puffed out by smokers, can i get used to it by smelling the smoke everyday for half an hr? eeeyucks!! haha..big response...but this is smtg really true.

if u are eating lunch alone, u gotta buy ur food first and try to find a seat, whereby u will either share e table wif others, or u sit alone and wait for others to ask if they can share the table wif u, or u sit on a stool alongside a long stretch of table facing the wall..

if i had so much 'grievances' to write juz on an hr of lunch, u can imagine how much 'grievances' i can write on 8 hrs of boring work..minus abit of OT time..from 6pm to 6.30pm..haha..

guess i shd resign to fate..after all, i cldnt possibly leave this not-even-a-month old-job yet..that's juz not my type..

cheer up, i shd now try and find my likes after this chunk of dislikes..during my stay here, though it wont be a long stay..

btw, even the sky's raining (for me)..haha..boring day, boring stuff..boring weather.

oh yar, sidetracking - todae's my 25th mth anniversary wif DD and Guan Yin Ordination Day, being the 19th day of the 9th lunar mth. a v auspicious vegetarian day for our anniversary..happy anniversary DD..i'm looking forward to our vegetarian dinner at Indinine Suntec tonite...now i feel my mood's better.
